- Source of personal data
The collection of your personal data is carried out by recording the data provided by you, as the interested party, when filling out the contact forms on the website or by filling out the course registration form.
- Types of data processed

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.
This data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and is deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts does not persist for more than seven days.

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mail to the addresses indicated on this site and the completion of the contact forms present entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

- Reply to contact emails from the appropriate form provided in the contact area;
- Ensure the efficiency of the service.
- Sending communications regarding events, services and news.
We also inform you that the data could be used to carry out technical and verification tests.

In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data occurs through manual, computerized and telematic tools with logics strictly related to the purposes highlighted above and, in any case, in a way that guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data.
Once the pre-established purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted or transformed into anonymous form.

The provision of data is optional, but in its absence it will not be possible to send contact emails from the website; carry out direct surveys to verify the degree of user satisfaction with the services offered, aimed at improving the quality of the services; communicate news and events.

Finally, we inform you that the legislation on the protection of personal data grants the Interested Parties the possibility of exercising specific rights, based on what is indicated in art. 7 of the “Code” which is reported here:
- The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.• The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

- the purposes and methods of processing;
- the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

- The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- for legitimate reasons, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;
- to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
